My life in short form:
Travel is the freedom and adventure into the unknown. Family is the taproot to my heart. Creativity is the spine of my spirit. Art, movement, writing, and coaching is the food of my nourishment.

Born in America and raised in Europe, Mexico, and San Francisco. The 60s at San Francisco State University. The 70s as mother, art and dance therapist, teacher, and artist. The 80s in France and Colorado in private practice. The 90s filled with world travel, exhibitions, writing groups, and authentic movement. The 00s return to the Bay Area, co-directing The Creativity Lodge in Santa Rosa. Welcome!
