BIRTHING DEATH
There is a pregnancy to aging,
Death begins to grow within,
Cell by cell,
Taking the shape,
Of shifting sand,
Soft, subtle, and fluid,
Until the sea meets
The shore of one's time,
Ready to birth,
With one final,
And resplendent wave,
Grain quiet,
